PEMBINAAN KEROHANIAN DAN MOTIVASI MELAYANI TERHADAP KEAKTIFAN P3MI DALAM PELAYANAN DI GEREJA METHODIST INDONESIA AGROMUKO

The decline in youth activity in the church may be caused by a lack of spiritual guidance provided by the church. Therefore, this study aims to increase the activity of P3MI in service through spiritual development and motivation to serve. The benefits of this study are that it serves as a reference for the church in developing youth ministry and as a guideline for the church’s youth organization. The problem statement in this study is how spiritual development and motivation to serve affect the activity of P3MI in service at GMI Agromuko. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to members of P3MI Agromuko, and the results are analyzed using the SPSS application. Data analysis techniques include validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that spiritual development and motivation to serve affect the activity of P3MI Agromuko in service. The recommendation for GMI Agromuko is to provide spiritual growth that is more focused on the needs of youth and to offer sincere motivation in service. P3MI Agromuko is expected to be more actively involved in service because youth are the next generation of the church.
