MEMULIHKAN DAN MEMBANGUN: PERAN RUMAH HEBAT ANAK INDONESIA DALAM PENDIDIKAN INKLUSIF

The Rumah Hebat Anak Indonesia Foundation (RHAI) plays a crucial role in building inclusive education for underprivileged children. This study aims to explore the foundation's contributions to creating equitable access to education and a supportive learning environment. Data collection was conducted through interviews with the Foundation's Chair, teachers, and parents, as well as observations and documentation of the activities carried out. The interview results demonstrate RHAI's commitment to implementing adaptive and creative approaches in the learning process. Activities involving students from STT Wesley Methodist Indonesia, such as singing and storytelling, not only enrich the learning experiences of the children but also enhance their self-confidence and sense of community. Observations and documentation indicate that a safe and supportive environment has been established, reducing the stigma faced by underprivileged children. Overall, RHAI has successfully created a foundation for inclusive education that considers academic aspects, character development, and social skills, with support for parents as a crucial element in the success of this program. Through these efforts, RHAI positively contributes to creating a better future for marginalized children, making inclusive education a primary foundation for their development.
